1. Overview
OPCbase operates in Ghost Mode. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data entered during your session. All conversation data, valuation inputs, and responses are processed temporarily in your browser and disappear permanently when you close the tab.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, business details, financial information, IP address, or any other personally identifiable information. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use analytics tools that identify individual users.
3. AI Conversations
Your valuation conversation is sent to our AI model providers (Google Gemini for English sessions, DeepSeek for Chinese sessions) solely for the purpose of generating your response. These providers process your message in real time and do not retain it for training or profiling purposes under our agreements with them. No conversation history is stored on OPCbase servers.
4. Session Storage
OPCbase uses your browser's localStorage solely to remember your language preference (English or Chinese). No other data is stored locally. This preference is never transmitted to our servers.
5. Third-Party Services
OPCbase uses Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery. Cloudflare may log standard server access data as part of its infrastructure operation. This is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. We use Supabase for read-only industry reference data storage only. No user data is stored in our Supabase instance.
6. Children
OPCbase is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our product evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date.
